Buttermilk Biscuits
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar
- Use pastry blender, fork+knife, or food processor to mix butter and flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal.
- Incorporate buttermilk and mix just until dough comes together.
- Shape and bake for ~12 minutes!
